Refund Policy

At Compass Wealth Professionals, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to all of our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following refund policy applies to all coaching sessions and subscription services:
1. Coaching Session Cancellations
Refunds will not be granted for missed coaching sessions. If a client is unable to attend their scheduled session with one of our business coaches, they must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session will not qualify for a refund.
No-shows are considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Services
For clients enrolled in recurring subscription plans (monthly or annual), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
If notice is not received within this timeframe, the next billing cycle will proceed and no refund will be issued for that period.
3. Contractual Terms
Clients may be subject to additional terms outlined in their individual agreements. In cases where a written contract includes refund-related stipulations that conflict with this policy, the terms of the signed contract shall take precedence.
We encourage all clients to review their service agreements carefully and contact us with any questions regarding this policy.
